Library opening hours

Library opening hours during the exam session (21 May - 26 June 2022):

• Monday-Friday: 8:00-21:00 (the publications are served until 18:00)
  • Open rooms: Rooms I-III, the Reference Room, the "Lucian Blaga" Room, the "Adrian Marino" Room (all categories of users), the "Alexandru Lapedatu" Room and the "Mikó Imre" Room (teachers, scientific researchers, PhD students).
  • Library Card Counter: 8:00-19:30.
  • Home Loan Section: 8:00-19:30.
• Saturday: 8:00-20:00 (the publications are served until 14:00*)
  • Open rooms: Rooms I-III, the Reference Rooms, the "Lucian Blaga" Room, the "Adrian Marino" Room (teachers, scientific researchers, PhD students).
  • Library Card Counter: 8:00-14:00
    • Online requests for the issuance/validation of library cards, filed on Saturday after 14:00, will be validated on Monday.
  • Home Loan Section: 8:00-14:00
    • The borrowed publications can be returned on Saturdays after 14:00 and on Sundays between 8:00-19:00, in the Catalogue Room.
    • The publications from the Home Loan Deposit (Home Loan Deposit status) must be requested online the day before.
    • The publications from the free access shelf can be reserved online and they are received 30 minutes after the request is made, or they can be borrowed directly off the shelf.
• Sunday: 8:00-20:00 (no publications are served from the deposit)
  • Open rooms: Rooms I-III, the Reference Room, the "Lucian Blaga" Room (all categories of users)

Monday, 13 June, the library is closed (legal holiday) .

The reservations for seats that remained unoccupied are cancelled DAILY at 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00 and 20:00.
